Body Combat: A class combining moves and stance from several self defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo. Beginners to advanced.

Power Bar: A fantastic full-body toning class using barbells & adjustable weights to condition muscles while raising your metabolic rate for fast fat burning.  Beginners to advanced.

Pilates: This class is loved by physios around the world. Using deep abdominal, pelvic floor and lower back muscles, you will develop core strength, pelvic stabilization, flexibility and balance. Beginners to advanced.

Spin: A 45 minute cycling class leading you through hills, flats, peaks and interval training guaranteed to make you sweat. Beginners to advanced. (Only 15 spots, tickets are available from reception 15 minutes prior)

Zumba: The Zumba program offers hypnotic Latin Rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.  Beginners and up.

Yogalates: This class combines Pilates excercises with the postures and breathing techniques of Yoga.  Beginners to advanced.

Express Classes: These classes are 30 minutes in duration allowing for a quick, yet effective workout to suit your busy lifestyle.
