Body Attack: A great cardio
program that combines high intensity workout including strength and
stabilisation exercises.
Body Combat: A class
combining moves and stance from several self defence disciplines like
karate, boxing and taekwondo. Beginners to advanced.
Body Pump: The most
successful group fitness program in history using barbells &
adjustable weights to tone & condition muscles while raising
metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. Beginners to advanced.
Body Step: A cardiovascular
class using a height-adjustable step designed to shape and tone the
entire lower body, provide calorie burning and push fat-burning systems
into high gear.
Body Balance: A Yoga, Tai
Chi and Pilates workout that builds strength and flexibility and leaves
you feeling centred and calmed whilst enhancing your physical and
mental
well-being.
Pilates: This class is loved
by physios around the world. Using deep abdominal, pelvic floor and
lower back muscles, you will develop core strength, pelvic
stabilization, flexibility and balance. Beginners to Advanced.
Spin: A 45 minute cycling
class leading you through hills, flats, peaks and interval training
guaranteed to make you sweat. Beginners to advanced.
