Abs, Butt & Thighs: A great workout specifically designed to burn fat, tone and sculpt your abs, butt and thighs whilst raising your heart rate.

Body Attack/Cardio Circuit/Fat Burner: A great cardio program that combines high intensity workout including strength and stabilisation exercises.

Body Combat :A class combining moves and stance from several self defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo. Beginners to advanced.

Body Pump: The most successful group fitness program in history using barbells & adjustable weights to tone & condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. Beginners to advanced.

Intro to Body Pump: A 30-minute introductory toning class focusing on Body Pump technique and more comprehensive instruction for beginners and first timers.

Body Step: A cardiovascular class using a height-adjustable step designed to shape and tone the entire lower body, provide calorie burning and push fat-burning systems into high gear.

Cardio Box: Fast-paced class incorporating modified boxing techniques to improve cardiovascular and anaerobic fitness.

New Age: Low impact workout suitable for Seniors, Pregnancy, Post Pregnancy and Rehabilitation Programs focusing on cardiovascular, balance, flexibility and strength training.

Pilates: This class is loved by physios around the world. Using deep abdominal, pelvic floor and lower back muscles, you will develop core strength, pelvic stabilization, flexibility and balance. Beginners to Advanced.

Spin: A 45 minute cycling class leading you through hills, flats, peaks and interval training guaranteed to make you sweat. Beginners to advanced also available. (Only 15 spots, tickets are available from reception 15 minutes prior)

Yoga: Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Belly Dancing: A class for women focusing on improving fitness, co-ordination and develop your self love and esteem. Belly Dance takes you to places you never thought you’d visit both on a physical and personal level.

Beginners Pole Fitness Courses: * This course includes 6 x 1 hour lessons, free supervised practice time for all enrolled female students + graduation night & certificate. To enrol in a six week pole fitness course please phone Monique on 0409 344 729.

Pole Pump: **Free for all female ipswichfitness members! This Class is suitable to do as a prelude to a Pole Fitness Course. Pole Fitness is one of the most effective ways to build upper-body strength whilst burning calories. (Only 20 spots, tickets available at reception 15 mins prior to class)

Pole Freestyle: **Free for all female ipswichfitness members! This class includes unique combinations of rhythm and style. A pole fitness course or previous pole fitness experience is highly recommended before participating in this class. (Only 10 spots, tickets available at reception 15 mins prior to class)
