Ipswich Fitness membership inclusions:

  1. An Initial Assessment - Setting of goals, weight measurements, body fat & muscles testing + an introduction to your Cardio Program.
  2. Total Body Workout Program - Your individual workout program will be designed specifically for your needs whether it is for Injury or Cardiac Rehabilitation , a Sport Specific Training Program, Pre or Post Pregnancy Fitness Program or any other requirement.
  3. Supervised Workout - Once your program is designed to cater to your specific needs your workout will then be fully supervised.

  5. Complimentary Dietary Consultation
  6. Complimentary Personal Training Session
  7. Complimentary Trial Massage
  8. Ongoing Fitness Re-Assessments & Exercise Program Changes - Every 8 weeks to monitor your progress and to keep you motivated with a variety of exercises
  • These listed membership inclusions are with all fitness memberships whether you choose a 1,3,6 or 12 month membership (upfront payment) or a 6,12 or 18 months Direct Debit membership (fortnightly payments).
